About The Position

Consumer Product & Innovation (CP&I) partners with Nike’s product creation engine across innovation, merchandising, creation, and commercialization. The Senior Principal Technical Program Manager is a core member of the CP&I extended leadership team, translating strategic investments into business outcomes and owning end-to-end delivery of complex technical and strategic programs. The role leads planning and execution across engineering teams and global stakeholders. The position owns the integrated delivery portfolio for CP&I’s most critical programs, from strategy and planning through launch and value realization. It leads quarterly planning and dependency alignment across business and technology leaders, drives enterprise tradeoff decisions, establishes governance, metrics, and executive reporting, and represents the TPM organization in leadership forums. The role also coaches program managers across the organization and serves as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership. As an individual contributor, this leader relies on influence rather than direct authority to partner with engineering teams, shape technical decisions, and align senior business, technology, and operations leaders around shared outcomes and decisions. The position serves as the single point of contact for programs from PHK and partners with peer program managers in other geographies to deliver program outcomes.
