About The Position

Consumer Product & Innovation (CP&I) partners with Nike’s product creation engine across innovation, merchandising, creation, and commercialization. As Senior Principal Technical Program Manager, you will be a core member of the CP&I extended leadership team, translating strategic investments into business outcomes and owning end-to-end delivery of complex technical and strategic programs. You will lead planning and execution across engineering teams and global stakeholders. You will own the integrated delivery portfolio for CP&I’s most critical programs, from strategy and planning through launch and value realization. The role leads quarterly planning and dependency alignment across business and technology leaders, drives enterprise tradeoff decisions to resolution, and establishes governance, metrics, and executive reporting to communicate progress, risk, and business value. As an individual contributor, you will lead through influence rather than direct authority, represent the TPM organization in leadership forums, and coach program managers across the organization. You will serve as the single point of contact for programs from PHK and partner with peer program managers in other geographies to deliver outcomes.
