Senior Portfolio & Program Manager, Operational Technology & Engineering

Equinix•Toronto, ON
•CA$133,000 - CA$183,000

About The Position

The Senior Portfolio & Program Manager, Operational Technology & Engineering (OT&E) is responsible for the integrated portfolio of OT&E initiatives across controls, central monitoring, OT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and automation. The role ensures programs are sequenced, governed, funded, and transitioned to operations as one connected roadmap rather than as separate projects. The position combines portfolio and program management with hands-on expertise in industrial controls and operational technology, including how controls systems integrate across critical facilities. Engineering retains responsibility for design, architecture, and engineering acceptance; this role owns portfolio governance, integration, and transition to operations, and recommends sequencing, funding, and prioritization decisions to leadership. The role works with engineering, operations, cybersecurity, IT, network, architecture, finance, procurement, vendors, system integrators, and regional teams across Global Operations Excellence. It supports initiatives such as GMCC and central SCADA and helps strengthen the reliability, security, and supportability of Equinix’s critical facilities.
