About The Position

Lead pharmacy operations at Walmart’s Central Fill facility in Rogers, Arkansas. The Senior Pharmacy Manager II drives clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and business growth while supporting patient care and pharmacy innovation. Health & Wellness Non-Store Operations supports retail and mail-order pharmacy operations across multiple states, with a focus on prescription fulfillment, regulatory compliance, and patient experience. The role collaborates with pharmacy leaders and other partners to advance initiatives and improve health and wellness services.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
At least 4 years of pharmacy experience, including at least 2 years of pharmacy management experience.
Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of practice; the role requires an Arkansas pharmacist license and the ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to drive operational and financial performance.
