This role is responsible for coordinating and scheduling patient procedures based on prescribed orders, optimizing patient time and clinical resources while ensuring accurate communication with patients, participants, and staff. The representative will also perform patient registration and clerical duties, accurately collecting and entering demographic, insurance, and clinical information into appropriate systems. Additionally, they will coordinate procedure schedules and assist with insurance pre-certification and authorization activities, resolving scheduling and procedural issues through appropriate resources. The role also involves providing patients, participants, and representatives with clear pre-service requirements, instructions, and support.
