The Senior Pastor will champion and care for the staff team, foster healthy team dynamics, address tensions and conflict, and model spiritual maturity, integrity, compassion, relational strength, effective communication, and a willingness to have fun. Cantonese speaking is preferred; the role requires the ability to preach and teach in Cantonese and English and lead prayer in both languages. The position is classified as full-time and exempt. Compensation is $90,000–$100,000 per year, with competitive benefits for the area.
