About The Position

Fellowship Alliance Chapel (FAC), an established, single-site, multigenerational congregation of more than 1,200 in Medford, New Jersey, is seeking an experienced Senior Pastor. The church has more than 40 years of ministry and is part of the Christian and Missionary Alliance. Its ministries include family support, adult, children’s, and youth programs, care ministries, missions, and a lake and summer day camp. Trinity Preparatory Christian School leases FAC facilities. The Senior Pastor will provide primary preaching and teaching, lead strategic planning, oversee more than 20 staff, and work in close partnership with the elders on major organizational initiatives. These include stewardship of multiple campus buildings, facility optimization, and strategic debt management following recent land acquisitions and a campus building project. The pastor will also collaborate with the Finance Committee and Board of Elders on stewardship initiatives. FAC has an annual operating budget of approximately $4 million. FAC’s leadership model is a collaborative partnership between the Senior Pastor and a plurality of elders, emphasizing mutual accountability, shared decision-making, spiritual guidance, and unified vision casting. The church seeks a team-oriented leader who can build on its ministry and support continued growth. The compensation package includes a salary of $100,000–$150,000, benefits, retirement contributions, and an optional parsonage. Requirements

Seminary education or equivalent ministry preparation.
At least 7–10 years of senior pastoral experience.
Strong expository preaching and teaching abilities.
Demonstrated leadership in staff management and organizational development.
Christian and Missionary Alliance ordination, or willingness to obtain it.
Theological alignment with evangelical and Christian and Missionary Alliance beliefs.
Licensing with The Christian & Missionary Alliance is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with financial stewardship and capital campaigns.
Theological beliefs compatible with the Alliance heritage and ministry experience in another independent or evangelical fellowship may be considered.
