About Campfire Campfire is a next-gen core accounting platform built for modern mid-market finance teams. We’re building the future of ERP by replacing outdated systems and manual accounting processes with an AI-native platform that helps finance teams move faster and operate more efficiently. About the role Partners extend Campfire's reach into accounts and communities we can't get to alone. You'll build the partner marketing function from the ground up: joint value propositions and co-marketing programs with our most important partners, partner-sourced pipeline programs, and the enablement that helps partners sell and market Campfire well.
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B marketing, including 3+ in partner, channel or ecosystem marketing at a software company.
- A track record of building partner co-marketing programs that produced measurable pipeline.
- Experience with both technology or integration partners and services partners, plus familiarity with marketplaces and partner portals.
- Strong relationship skills; you align internal and external stakeholders with different incentives.
- Excellent writing; you can turn a partnership into a clear, differentiated joint story.
- Comfort with events, webinars and campaign execution. You're a builder who ships.
Responsibilities
- Build the partner marketing plan with the Partnerships team: partner tiering, program design, budget and pipeline targets.
- Develop joint messaging and “better together” assets with priority partners: solution briefs, integration pages, webinars and joint customer stories.
- Run co-marketing campaigns and joint events with partners alongside Field Marketing and Corporate Events, including marketplace and directory presence.
- Own partner-facing enablement: portal content, launch communications, sales playbooks and a partner newsletter.
- Manage market development funds and co-funded programs where they apply, and track their return.
- Own Campfire's presence at partner conferences and communities, coordinating sponsorships with Field Marketing.
- Report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and on partner engagement.
