About The Position

Safeguard Global is seeking an experienced, commercially minded Senior Partner Marketing Manager to turn its partnerships strategy into qualified referrals and partner-sourced pipeline across North America and EMEA. This strategic, hands-on individual contributor role supports a broad partner ecosystem, including referral and private equity partners, HRIS and payroll integration partners, recruitment firms, HR consultants, global mobility providers, and other HR companies. The manager will work as the strategic marketing counterpart to regional Partnerships Directors and collaborate with the wider Marketing team to identify opportunities, develop programs, and drive execution. The role develops and runs regional partner marketing strategies and plans, shapes approaches for different partner types, and manages partner marketing investment. It leads joint demand-generation and go-to-market activities, including co-marketing, co-selling, integration launches, and private equity portfolio engagement. It also builds the marketing foundations and activation programs needed to grow sector-specific partner programs, coordinates partner events and relationships, and measures and optimizes performance through referral, pipeline, campaign, and event metrics. Success is measured primarily by growth in qualified partner referrals and partner-sourced pipeline, along with the number and quality of joint campaigns, event and webinar outcomes, and partner participation in co-marketing initiatives. Safeguard Global helps more than 1,500 companies hire, manage, and pay employees in over 170 countries.
