Senior Manager, Partner Marketing

Acceldata•Campbell, CA

About The Position

The Senior Manager, Partner Marketing drives Acceldata’s marketing relationships with technology, ISV, and channel partners, translating those relationships into joint demand, awareness, and enablement. The role builds connections with partner marketing organizations, identifies opportunities for joint activity, deploys marketing development funds (MDF), and keeps the Partnership team informed. The role plans and executes joint campaigns, field events, webinars, and co-sponsorships; develops partner-facing and co-branded content; distributes Acceldata product and campaign materials to partners; and packages quarterly product-release announcements into partner-facing digests. It also equips partner marketing and field teams with current messaging, positioning, and assets to represent xLake to customers. The successful candidate combines writing and editorial judgment with the ability to coordinate multiple partners and internal teams, and is sufficiently conversant in data, AI, and infrastructure to work credibly with partners while involving technical specialists when needed. In the first 6 to 12 months, success means launching four joint marketing motions across technology and channel partners, achieving partner-marketing-attributed demand and pipeline equal to 20% of the total partner pipeline number carried by Alliances, creating a repeatable co-marketing playbook partners want to use again, and deploying MDF against measurable returns. The stated base salary range is $160,000–$210,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive equity and performance-related bonuses. Compensation may vary based on individual factors and may be modified by Acceldata.
