Senior Partner and Alliances Manager

Sensos•New York, NY
•$150,000 - $200,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Sensos is hiring a Senior Partner and Alliances Manager to own its worldwide partner and alliances function. The role focuses on three areas: managing and growing relationships with logistics service providers—including 3PLs, freight forwarders, and carriers—that use Sensos in their customer offerings; managing and expanding a network of senior executive Advisors who introduce and support target-account opportunities; and developing partnerships with cargo and specialty insurers and their brokers. This is a revenue role measured by partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, expansion within logistics provider partners, and Advisor network growth and productivity. The role works closely with the CRO, account executives, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance. The position is hybrid in the Greater New York City area and requires 20–30% travel, including domestic and international travel. Sensos provides AI-powered Arrival Assurance through an integrated AI, software platform, and physical sensors. The company describes itself as a fast-growing, global AI-first scale-up building technology for global supply chains.

Requirements

  • Ability to build credible relationships with C-level executives and manage relationships across a senior Advisor network.
  • Clear knowledge and daily use of AI to improve productivity, research, and partner enablement.
  • Ability to teach partner sellers to build business cases and position outcomes rather than products.
  • Ability to work across North America, Europe, and other regions and time zones.
  • Readiness and ability to travel 20–30% of the time to meet partners, Advisors, and customers.
  • A proactive, accountable, self-starting approach, including sound judgment when a playbook does not yet exist.

  • Develop insurance partnership models with Finance and Legal and secure the first two to three agreements.
  • Maintain accurate partner pipeline, attribution, and agreements in HubSpot, and report partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue in the weekly forecast.
