Alliances Manager

Bringg
•$120,000 - $160,000

About The Position

Zenkraft by Bringg is a Salesforce-native shipping and returns platform that enables businesses to rate-shop, print labels, track shipments, and manage returns across parcel and freight carriers from within Salesforce. The company has a team of 17 and is hiring an Alliances Manager to own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across independent software vendors (ISVs), systems integrators (SIs), and carriers. This is a hands-on, quota-carrying role reporting to the Head of Sales and working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. The Alliances Manager will recruit and enable partners, run joint campaigns, and co-sell on active deals. The role includes building partner relationships and programs, managing partner pipeline in Salesforce, and representing Zenkraft at partner and industry events. During the first 90 days, the manager will audit existing partners, agree on pipeline targets, select focus partners, launch joint account mapping, register initial partner-sourced deals, and run initial joint campaigns. The position offers the opportunity to build the partner program from the ground up, work across three partner ecosystems, and take ownership on a 17-person team as the program grows. Compensation is $120,000–$160,000 OTE, with the final amount within the range depending on several factors.
