About The Position

The Senior Partner Account Director, AWS defines and drives Braze’s global strategy for its AWS technology partnership. The role owns the Braze–AWS Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA), shaping the joint vision over the next two to three years, identifying growth opportunities across the AWS ecosystem, and aligning executive stakeholders around shared commercial objectives. As a strategic individual contributor in the Partnerships organization, this person influences how Braze engages AWS, helps guide product and integration priorities, and drives sustained ecosystem impact. The role works closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams at both Braze and AWS to turn strategy into measurable outcomes. The role leads SCA governance and delivery, including steering committees, quarterly business reviews, executive sponsorship cadences, and milestone tracking. It sets the partnership roadmap across integration priorities, co-sell targets, Marketplace revenue, and joint AI initiatives; defines goals for partner-sourced pipeline, revenue influence, Marketplace transactions, and ecosystem expansion; and holds both organizations accountable for progress. It also works with Braze Sales leadership and regional partner account managers to operationalize AWS co-sell processes, Marketplace private offers, and EDP burn-down positioning in active deal cycles. The Senior Partner Account Director collaborates with product and engineering leaders to influence integration development and joint solution design, including the intersection of AWS AI/ML and data capabilities with customer engagement. The role leads executive alignment, represents Braze at external AWS ecosystem events and forums, and positions Braze as AWS’s preferred customer engagement platform partner. It is a high-impact, independently operated role requiring deep AWS ecosystem knowledge, customer engagement platform expertise, and the ability to take strategic initiatives from ideation through global execution.
