About the position

MVF is seeking an experienced Senior Paid Search Executive to join their performance marketing team. As one of the world's largest customer acquisition businesses, MVF is at the forefront of paid marketing with a team of 90 digital marketing experts and an annual marketing spend of over $75M. The Senior Paid Search Executive will be responsible for making commercial recommendations, reporting on high-value campaigns, and training and supporting less experienced team members. They will have the opportunity to lead projects, drive innovation, and shape the future of Biddable marketing at MVF.

Responsibilities

  • Running Paid Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns
  • Building successful marketing campaigns from scratch
  • Creating engaging ad copy or creative
  • Conducting relevant audience targeting and keyword analysis
  • Analyzing ad performance data using various data sources
  • Monitoring metrics such as Click Through Rate, Conversion Rate, revenue, and profit
  • Building relationships with other teams and keeping them updated on campaign performance
  • Demonstrating an understanding of commercial factors and their impact on performance
  • Producing marketing creative, copy, and content within deadlines
  • Approaching problem-solving creatively and explaining logic to stakeholders
  • Showing ambition and drive to be world-class
  • Having a thorough understanding of marketing platforms and their functionality
  • Surfacing projects and process improvement initiatives to push marketing to the next level
  • Optimizing campaigns to meet or exceed commercial targets and channel KPIs
  • Conducting data-driven testing to improve campaign performance
  • Resolving campaign issues quickly and communicating any negative impact transparently
  • Recognizing and communicating positive strategies and untapped opportunities
  • Providing honest feedback on campaign performance and building strong relationships with team members
  • Prioritizing workflow based on commercial and business needs
  • Having 1-2 years of hands-on Google Ads campaign management experience (Search required, Display and/or YouTube preferred)

Requirements

  • Experienced in managing Google Ads campaigns, specifically in Paid Search, Display, and YouTube
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, able to analyze ad performance data and understand its impact on revenue and profit
  • Ability to build successful marketing campaigns from scratch, including creating engaging ad copy, relevant audience targeting, and keyword analysis
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to build relationships with other teams and keep them updated on campaign performance and any issues or opportunities
  • Demonstrates commercial awareness and understanding of the factors that impact marketing performance
  • Proficient in producing marketing content, including creative, copy, and other content, within tight deadlines
  • Creative and innovative problem-solving skills, able to explain logic to different stakeholders
  • Ambitious and driven, with a strong desire to be world-class in performance marketing
  • Thorough understanding of marketing platforms, both theoretically and practically
  • Leadership skills within the internal team, surfacing projects and process improvement initiatives to push marketing to the next level
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management, specifically in Search (required) and Display and/or YouTube (preferred)
