Responsibilities
- Running Paid Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns
- Building successful marketing campaigns from scratch
- Creating engaging ad copy or creative
- Conducting relevant audience targeting and keyword analysis
- Analyzing ad performance data using various data sources
- Monitoring metrics such as Click Through Rate and Conversion Rate
- Reporting campaign performance to stakeholders
- Demonstrating an understanding of commercial factors behind marketing
- Producing marketing creative, copy, and other content
- Problem-solving and explaining logic to stakeholders
- Showing ambition and drive to be world-class
- Having a thorough understanding of marketing platforms
- Surfacing projects and process improvement initiatives to push marketing to the next level
- Optimizing campaigns to meet commercial targets and channel KPIs
- Conducting data-driven testing to improve campaign performance
- Resolving campaign issues and communicating impact transparently
- Recognizing and communicating positive strategies and untapped opportunities
- Providing honest feedback about campaign performance
- Building strong relationships with key team members
- Prioritizing workflow based on commercial and business needs
- Having 1-2 years of hands-on Google Ads campaign management experience (Search required, Display and/or YouTube preferred)
