About The Position

Rayneta is a paid media agency focused on high-growth technology companies, particularly in the B2B and AI sectors. We partner with AI startups and B2B SaaS companies to drive pipeline and efficient growth. We are seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead paid media strategy and client relationships for a portfolio of B2B technology and AI accounts. This role involves being a trusted advisor to clients, developing and executing paid media strategies across various platforms, driving full-funnel programs for pipeline and demand generation, implementing structured testing roadmaps, and providing data-driven reporting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for B2B performance marketing within the tech and AI space.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in paid media with demonstrable B2B experience, ideally in B2B technology, SaaS, or AI.
  • Proven track record managing budgets of $100k+ per month and driving pipeline in long sales-cycle categories.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube).
  • Working knowledge of Meta Ads (for retargeting, demand creation, and select consumer accounts).
  • Analytical and data-driven with a solid grasp of B2B attribution, multi-touch measurement, lead quality, and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent client communication skills, comfortable presenting to and challenging senior stakeholders.
  • High accountability and ability to own performance end-to-end without close management.
  • Comfortable working onsite in Sherman Oaks 3 days per week.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing AI products or selling to technical and developer audiences.
  • Familiarity with B2B intent and ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase).
  • Familiarity with CRM or MAP tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Technical depth in GA4 and GTM, offline conversion imports, and CRM-based revenue reporting.
  • Prior mentorship or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client communication, set expectations, and act as a trusted advisor to senior marketing and growth leaders.
  • Develop and execute paid media strategy across LinkedIn, paid search, and other relevant channels.
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns with strong operational hygiene.
  • Drive full-funnel programs focused on MQL and SQL pipeline, demand generation, and efficient customer acquisition in long sales-cycle categories.
  • Design and implement structured testing roadmaps for creative, audience, messaging, and bidding, and scale successful strategies.
  • Translate campaign data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to improve ad creative, messaging, and iteration velocity for technical and B2B audiences.

Benefits

  • Base salary: $90,000 to $110,000, with revenue share opportunity.
