They partner with AI startups and B2B SaaS companies to drive pipeline and efficient growth. The agency works with clients like Cisco, Manus, PolyAI, Parallel, and Braintrust, managing monthly budgets ranging from $80k to $600k. They operate as an embedded performance partner. The role of Paid Media Manager involves day-to-day campaign execution and optimization across B2B technology and AI accounts. While senior team members handle overall strategy and client relationships, this role will be hands-on in platforms, contribute to strategy, and have opportunities for broader ownership. This position is ideal for someone with a strong paid media foundation seeking to specialize in B2B tech and AI.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with exposure to B2B, ideally B2B technology, SaaS, or AI.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one major platform (LinkedIn Ads or Google Ads), with eagerness to deepen across both.
  • Comfortable working with budgets and performance data, analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Working understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and lead-quality concepts.
  • Clear, proactive communicator who follows through reliably and manages competing priorities across accounts.
  • Comfortable working onsite in Sherman Oaks 3 days per week.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing technical products or selling to B2B and developer audiences.
  • Exposure to LinkedIn Ads as a primary demand channel.
  • Familiarity with GA4 and GTM, CRM or MAP tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo), or B2B intent platforms.
  • Strong creative instincts and interest in performance creative testing.

Responsibilities

  • Run campaigns: build, launch, manage, and optimize paid media across LinkedIn and paid search with strong operational hygiene and attention to detail.
  • Optimize daily: monitor performance, adjust bids, budgets, audiences, and creative, and flag risks and opportunities early.
  • Contribute to pipeline: support full-funnel programs tied to MQL and SQL pipeline, and learn how media maps to revenue in long sales-cycle categories.
  • Test and learn: execute structured tests across creative, audience, messaging, and bidding, and help interpret what scales.
  • Report clearly: prepare campaign reporting, surface clean insights, and contribute recommendations that inform client conversations.
  • Communicate reliably: join client calls, respond promptly and clearly, and build trust through accurate work.
