About The Position

Rayneta is a paid media agency specializing in high-growth technology companies, with a particular focus on B2B and AI sectors. We partner with AI startups and B2B SaaS companies to drive pipeline and efficient growth. The agency works with clients like Cisco, Manus, PolyAI, Parallel, and Braintrust, managing average monthly budgets ranging from $100k to $600k. We are seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead paid media strategy and client relationships for a portfolio of B2B technology and AI accounts. This role involves being a trusted advisor to clients, developing and executing paid media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, paid search, and other channels, and optimizing campaigns for pipeline generation, demand generation, and efficient customer acquisition in long sales-cycle categories. The role also includes designing and implementing testing roadmaps, analyzing data to drive strategic decisions, and collaborating on ad creative and messaging for technical B2B audiences.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in paid media experience.
  • Demonstrable B2B experience, ideally in B2B technology, SaaS, or AI.
  • Proven track record managing $100k+ per month budgets.
  • Experience driving pipeline in long sales-cycle categories.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Google Ads.
  • Working knowledge of Meta Ads.
  • Analytical and data-driven with a solid grasp of B2B attribution, multi-touch measurement, lead quality, and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent client communication skills, comfortable presenting to and challenging senior stakeholders.
  • High accountability and ability to own performance end-to-end without close management.
  • Comfortable working onsite in Sherman Oaks 3 days per week.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing AI products or selling to technical and developer audiences.
  • Familiarity with B2B intent and ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase).
  • Familiarity with CRM or MAP tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Technical depth in GA4 and GTM, offline conversion imports, and CRM-based revenue reporting.
  • Prior mentorship or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client relationships, including communication, expectation setting, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior marketing and growth leaders.
  • Develop and execute paid media strategy across LinkedIn, paid search, and broader channels.
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns with strong operational hygiene.
  • Drive full-funnel programs focused on MQL and SQL pipeline, demand generation, and efficient customer acquisition in long sales-cycle categories.
  • Design structured testing roadmaps for creative, audience, messaging, and bidding, analyze results, and scale successful strategies.
  • Translate campaign data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to optimize ad creative and messaging for technical and B2B audiences.
