About The Position

Vego Garden is seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Operations Manager to turn company operational priorities into executable projects and measurable outcomes. The role also develops supervisors and managers through coaching, accountability, and performance management. Vego Garden describes itself as a fast-growing consumer brand with more than 100 team members across the U.S. and internationally, a 200,000-square-foot headquarters and distribution center, and a 5-acre farm. The company is a certified Great Place to Work and an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
