Senior Operations Manager

Atoms•Dallas, TX
•$106,000 - $130,000•Onsite

About The Position

The Senior Operations Manager is the operational leader accountable for the performance of every depot in their market. The role leads depot-based Operations Managers and the frontline organization, including Operations Associates, Shift Supervisors, Service Agents, and Lead Drivers, to deliver a safe, exceptional, and reliable experience for members and drivers. The primary mandate is to optimize existing depots before expanding: improve execution and consistency, reduce cost per hour of supply, and strengthen operating performance. The Senior Operations Manager contributes depot-level evidence and recommendations to market strategy, budget, and expansion discussions, while the Director of Operations retains final accountability for those decisions. The role partners with Recruiting, Growth, Finance, Human Resources, and Strategy. This leader owns depot operational, safety, customer experience, fleet, staffing, and cost performance, and develops Operations Managers and Associates into independent operators. They establish consistent standards, use data to diagnose and address performance issues, manage budgets and forecasts, oversee fleet availability and maintenance, and ensure safety and compliance. They also build repeatable playbooks, operating cadences, and training that can support future depots and markets. The position is based in the Dallas office and is fully onsite, with office-based teams working onsite five days a week. The base salary range is $106,000–$130,000 per year; eligible employees may also receive equity awards.
