About The Position

Snorkel AI is seeking an experienced Senior Enablement Operations Manager to design, develop, and enhance enablement infrastructure—including tools, data systems, frameworks, and content—and programs for its Delivery Organization. The role will build and implement initiatives that prepare internal Delivery team members to become certified, high-performing employees who deliver exceptional data sets. The position will establish systematic programs to reduce time to productivity, improve internal operating models, and empower teams to deliver quality, speed, and efficiency.

The Senior Operations Manager will partner with Delivery leadership and team members to expand the enablement roadmap, manage competency-based onboarding and certification, develop standard operating procedure playbooks, and measure program impact. The role will also partner with Product Operations to align product launches with Delivery competencies, coordinate program delivery across functions, and own programs from design through measurement and adoption. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who can operate in startup ambiguity, move between executive discussions and working sessions, and use data to demonstrate results.

Its Enablement team supports teams across its Data-as-a-Service business and its expert contributor community through programs, training, and knowledge governance, incorporating AI thoughtfully while using established learning practices.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in enablement operations or program management, building scalable programs for a technical workforce.
• Track record of designing and implementing enablement programs from scratch, including building systems, frameworks, and measurement infrastructure.
• Experience establishing analytics frameworks, building dashboards, conducting cohort analysis, and translating data into business narratives that demonstrate return on investment.
• Expertise in scoping initiatives, building business cases, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering complex projects in ambiguous startup environments.
• Demonstrated ability to select and implement learning technology, such as LMS and assessment tools, and design scalable operational processes.
• Ability to influence without authority across levels, from executives to individual contributors, and adapt communication style for different audiences.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with data operations, quality assurance, annotation, or content moderation environments.
• Background in competency-based training design or certification program development.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data annotation workflows, or crowdsourcing platforms.
• Understanding of instructional design principles sufficient to partner effectively with learning professionals.
• Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, ATD, or Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand the Delivery enablement roadmap in collaboration with Delivery leadership and team members, including competency frameworks, certification programs, onboarding processes, and ongoing development.
• Manage competency-based onboarding and certification programs for the Delivery organization.
• Establish playbooks for standard operating procedures in Notion.
• Measure improvements in acceleration, quality, and efficiency across Snorkel’s Delivery organization.
• Collaborate with Product Operations to align product launches with Delivery competencies through training programs and adoption measurement.
• Coordinate seamless program delivery with DaaS leadership and cross-functional partners, serving as the enablement program manager for Delivery.
• Own program outcomes from design through measurement and adoption, pivoting as needed to achieve successful outcomes within very short timelines.
• Design and implement enablement infrastructure, including tools, data systems, frameworks, and content, for the Delivery organization.
