About The Position

The Operations Enablement Manager leads a team of Business Analysts responsible for delivering data-driven insights, reporting, and tools that support the Technology Services organization. The role develops and optimizes reporting solutions, executive dashboards, and operational models to improve field service efficiency and labor planning. Using company-approved platforms such as Power BI, Airtable, and Tableau Next, the manager turns complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making. The position enables scalable operations, improves cost efficiency—including cost per EGM—and supports revenue-based headcount growth.

The manager owns operational enablement strategy and department-level operational performance for Technology Services, including productivity, utilization, cost efficiency, and scalable growth. The role leads workforce planning, capacity strategy, labor optimization, resource planning, and cross-functional operational excellence initiatives. It also partners with senior leadership on organizational planning, growth, resource investments, and operational priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in business operations, operational excellence, analytics, workforce planning, or field service operations, including leading cross-functional initiatives and organizational planning efforts.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing professional-level teams and driving operational results.
• Strong working understanding of Microsoft tools, Airtable, Power BI, and Tableau Next.
• Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and improve data reporting tools, leadership dashboards, and business operation models.
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence senior leaders, establish operational strategy, and drive measurable business outcomes across multiple collaborators.

Nice To Haves

• Experience leading analytics, enablement, or business operations teams in a field service or gaming environment.
• Background in workforce planning, capacity modeling, demand forecasting, or operational cost analysis.
• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-site operations and executive leadership reporting.
• Lean, Six Sigma, project management, or continuous improvement certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the department responsible for operational support, including Business Analysts.
• Drive operational planning, performance management, and initiatives to improve organizational efficiency.
• Own the operational enablement strategy for Technology Services, using reporting, planning, and performance management tools to improve productivity, scalability, and business outcomes.
• Lead workforce planning, capacity strategy, labor optimization, and resource planning processes.
• Partner with senior leadership on growth planning, organizational decisions, resource investments, and operational priorities.
• Lead cross-functional operational excellence initiatives that improve productivity, efficiency, resource utilization, and service delivery performance.
• Be accountable for operational performance outcomes enabled through workforce, efficiency, planning, and programs.
• Own department-level operational strategy and performance outcomes for Technology Services, including productivity, utilization, cost efficiency, and scalable growth.
