About The Position

Blueberry is seeking a hands-on Sales Operations leader to support its growing partnerships with health plans and employers. Reporting to the Head of B2B Growth, this individual contributor will partner with sales leadership and collaborate with marketing, client success, finance, and other teams. The role includes personally configuring HubSpot Sales Hub, analyzing data, improving processes, and resolving operational issues. As the company grows, there may be an opportunity to build and lead a broader function. The role is responsible for CRM administration and governance, pipeline reporting and forecasting support, sales-process improvement, productivity initiatives, and proactive cross-functional operational partnership. The successful candidate will establish a reliable baseline for pipeline reporting and data quality, improve leadership visibility, reduce avoidable administrative work, and help surface and resolve operating issues. Priorities and measures of success will be agreed with sales leadership.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of relevant Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or closely related experience, with demonstrated hands-on ownership.
  • Advanced HubSpot Sales Hub administration experience, including personally building and maintaining workflows, reports, automations, and CRM structures.
  • Strong pipeline analysis, forecasting support, reporting, and Excel or Google Sheets skills, along with the ability to explain what the numbers mean.
  • Track record of improving processes and driving adoption in fast-changing environments without relying on a large support team.
  • Strong communication, organization, and judgment.
  • Ability to move comfortably between strategic problem-solving and detailed execution.

Nice To Haves

  • Practical experience implementing AI-enabled workflows or automation.
  • Experience in healthcare, health plans, enterprise SaaS, value-based care, or other complex B2B sales environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own hands-on HubSpot Sales Hub administration, including workflows, properties, deal stages, automation, dashboards, and troubleshooting.
  • Establish CRM governance, data standards, stage definitions, and reporting consistency, and partner with sales leadership to drive adoption and accountability.
  • Own pipeline dashboards and reporting for deal reviews, forecasting, executive updates, and planning; identify stale deals, unrealistic close dates, missing next steps, conversion trends, and emerging risks.
  • Translate data into recommendations and follow through on corrective actions; sales leadership retains accountability for deal execution and forecast commitments.
  • Build and continuously improve repeatable sales processes from prospecting through contracting and client handoff, including tracking deadlines, commitments, and follow-ups.
  • Identify and implement practical AI and automation use cases for research, reporting, workflow efficiency, and access to sales information; validate outputs and safeguard confidential information.
  • Support account and territory planning, quota tracking, proposals, RFP coordination, and other operational requirements of complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Maintain an organized library of presentations, case studies, RFP responses, playbooks, and onboarding resources, partnering with marketing and subject matter experts on content.
  • Act as a proactive partner to the Head of B2B Growth by anticipating issues, identifying root causes, recommending solutions, and driving agreed actions to completion.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, client success, and finance to remove bottlenecks and improve opportunity handoffs and execution.
  • Respectfully challenge inconsistent data, weak processes, and unsupported assumptions while applying sound judgment and a bias for action.
  • In the first 90 days, assess HubSpot Sales Hub and existing workflows, establish a credible baseline for pipeline reporting and data quality, identify priority gaps, and deliver initial improvements.

Benefits

  • Remote position within the United States.
  • Opportunity for direct exposure to growth leadership and to build the systems and operating discipline behind a scaling organization.
