Senior Media Manager (f/m/d)

This role is for an Internal Brand Media Lead who will be responsible for creating and implementing a strong and consistent media strategy across all media touchpoints. The role involves working closely with brand teams, insights teams, and agency teams to identify consumer opportunities and drive brand growth. The successful candidate will also be responsible for optimizing brand spend and coordinating with external partner teams. Additionally, the role requires experience in digital media management and project management.

• Lead the creation of strong and consistent media strategy across all media touchpoints (digital and non-digital)
• Work with the insights team and agency team to identify and align consumer opportunities, core delivery, and growth opportunities
• Drive consistency and optimization of brand spend and form the connection point between the brand team and the performance team
• Work with partners and cross-functional teams to constantly review and optimize the plan, owning the delivery and 'post campaign evaluation'
• Act as the key daily touchpoint between the brand team and all external partner teams
• Work with brand activation and eCommerce team to ensure digital excellence across all activation, including amplification of partnerships and events
• Support in the execution of innovation from a media standpoint
• Project management of initiatives' delivery on full and in-time, coordinating all relevant teams across the foodspring business

• 5+ years of experience in a Media Manager or similar role
• University degree preferably in marketing or media & communications
• Background in consumer marketing, preferably within multi-channel FMCG business
• Experience in full funnel campaigns / integrated media planning, optimizing towards both brand & performance goals
• Experience in digital media management; set up, optimizing & reporting
• Experience in leading and delivering multi-discipline projects including budget management
• Experience working with external agencies, leading strategy & briefing processes
• Excellent communication and project management skills
