About The Position

Taager is seeking a Senior Media Buyer based in Algeria to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various digital channels. This role is crucial for supporting and growing Taager's business in the Algerian market by driving lead generation and achieving growth targets. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, analytical, and possess a proven track record in scaling paid acquisition campaigns while enhancing performance and ROI. The position involves developing, launching, and optimizing campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat, with a specific focus on the Algerian market. A rigorous test-and-learn approach is expected to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. The role also requires analyzing campaign performance, monitoring key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROI), analyzing user behavior, and optimizing conversion rates. Exploring new acquisition channels and collaborating with cross-functional teams are also key aspects of this position.

Requirements

  • Must be currently based in Algeria.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce is a must.
  • Experience managing campaigns targeting the Algerian market.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
