About The Position

The Senior Marketing Strategist will lead buyer-focused growth strategy and issues-based campaign activation for the firm’s management consulting business, with primary responsibility for Cybersecurity and Transaction Advisory Services. The position is part of the Go to Market team within the Marketing Department and works collaboratively across marketing, firm leadership, internal stakeholders, alliance relationships, and external partners. The role uses the firm’s marketing ecosystem to launch experiential, content, and digital tactics and campaigns, and to measure their market impact. The strategist develops and executes practice-area marketing strategy aligned with Management Consulting and industry growth goals, client needs, and service priorities. The role builds brand relevance, advances target-audience relationships, and drives demand through multi-channel campaigns and sales enablement. It also advises the business using research, data, and marketing expertise; develops content and storytelling that conveys the firm’s point of view; and measures program effectiveness and return on investment to generate actionable insights. The position works in a matrix organization, cultivates relationships with marketing colleagues and strategic partners, uses marketing technology to improve decision-making and marketing and sales effectiveness, and coordinates with the special events and sponsorships team as needed. It also contributes to the professional growth of supporting strategists and coordinators. The role is principally in-person, with work in the office three days per week, ideally Tuesday through Thursday, while the firm’s Workplace for Your Day model supports flexibility in coordination with a supervisor and team.
