About The Position

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager is a senior individual contributor who designs, builds, and governs marketing operations infrastructure for demand generation, product launches, lead management, campaign execution, and AI-enabled marketing workflows. The role establishes technical and operational standards for Marketing Operations and advises leadership on marketing technology roadmap decisions. It works across Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, Legal, and Information Security to improve lead lifecycle performance, reduce manual work, ensure data quality, and deliver scalable systems and automations. A primary objective is enabling marketing agility by identifying and removing operational constraints that slow campaign execution. The work applies marketing automation platforms, CRM workflows, analytics, APIs, AI tooling, and process improvement methods. Automation, data, and AI work is scoped around marketing outcomes and may span conversation intelligence, intent, CRM, and marketing automation sources; it is distinct from enterprise-wide business process automation owned outside Marketing. This is a flexible hybrid role for someone living in North Carolina within commuting distance of the Morrisville headquarters. The role is expected to work at the headquarters approximately 30 days per quarter (the posting states “30/40 days/quarter”).
