About The Position

Pigment is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to serve as a strategic partner and demand engine architect as the company scales. The role owns key demand generation processes, supports cross-functional alignment with executive stakeholders, and develops frameworks to accelerate the top-of-funnel engine. It is a hybrid position based in either the New York City or Paris office. The manager will lead the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of demand generation and the marketing technology stack, while building scalable data architectures that surface actionable insights. The position applies marketing operations expertise to inform data-backed decisions, improve campaign testing and analysis, and partner with Marketing, Sales, and Analytics teams to implement best practices across regions. It also incorporates emerging technologies and AI into marketing systems and processes to improve efficiency and reduce campaign operations friction. The successful candidate is a curious, data-oriented operational architect who can build or reinvent workflows, adapt to a fast-paced high-growth environment, and communicate business impact to senior stakeholders. Pigment offers competitive compensation, equity, comprehensive benefits, generous time off and parental leave, and high-end work equipment.
