About The Position

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager is a senior individual contributor who designs, builds, and governs marketing operations infrastructure supporting demand generation, product launches, lead management, campaign execution, and AI-enabled marketing workflows. The role establishes technical and operational standards for the Marketing Operations function and advises leadership on marketing technology roadmap decisions. It partners with stakeholders across Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, Legal, and Information Security to improve lead lifecycle performance, reduce manual work, ensure data quality, and create scalable systems and automations. A key objective is enabling marketing agility by identifying and removing operational constraints that slow campaign execution. The role applies marketing automation platforms, CRM workflows, analytics, APIs, AI tooling, and process improvement methods. Its automation, data, and AI work is scoped to marketing outcomes and can span conversation intelligence, intent, CRM, and marketing automation sources; it is distinct from enterprise-wide business process automation owned outside Marketing. The position is based in a flexible hybrid work environment. Employees must live in North Carolina within a commutable distance of the Morrisville headquarters (approximately a one-hour commute) and are expected to work at the headquarters approximately 30/40 days per quarter.
