About The Position

Implicity is building its US commercial engine and is seeking a dedicated marketing hire to own the full US marketing scope, from positioning to pipeline. This role offers strategic autonomy, reporting directly to HQ and collaborating closely with the VP of US Sales, the US Sales team, and the HQ team in Paris. The position involves product marketing, sales enablement, communication, demand generation, direct outreach, and field marketing/event activation. The ideal candidate will be a "full-stack" marketer with exceptional copywriting skills and hands-on experience with marketing and CRM tools. This is a rare opportunity to shape the commercial trajectory of Implicity in the US market.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience in MedTech, Digital Health, or Healthcare SaaS.
  • Cardiology or RPM experience is a strong advantage.
  • Track record of delivering results in both product marketing (messaging, positioning, sales enablement) and demand generation (campaigns, lead nurturing, email marketing).
  • Ability to write a positioning & strategy document and build an email workflow.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, translating complex clinical AI data into physician-friendly copy.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing and CRM tools (Salesforce, Brevo or equivalent).
  • Strong interest in AI and its impact on marketing.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, scale-up environments where strategy and execution are owned by the individual.
  • Comfortable being the only dedicated marketing resource in the US, with support from a global team.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and executing necessary tasks.
  • Ability to work seamlessly with a European-based global marketing team while driving localized US results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Refine Implicity's US positioning strategy, including differentiation, market segments, and resonant narratives for US cardiologists and health systems.
  • Localize Implicity's messaging for the US market, adapting core positioning to US healthcare dynamics, RPM billing codes, and FDA-cleared AI differentiation.
  • Build and maintain US-specific sales collateral such as pitch decks, competitive battle cards, ROI calculators, and clinical one-pagers.
  • Conduct continuous market intelligence, monitoring competitor moves and synthesizing findings into actionable briefs for US Sales and the global team.
  • Produce content for US audiences, including clinical updates, product news, thought leadership, and client case studies.
  • Support strategic marketing initiatives like Medical Advisory Board engagement and product roadmap feedback loops.
  • Own the US demand generation strategy end-to-end, defining channel investments, ABM approach, and building a repeatable lead generation engine.
  • Maximize Implicity's US online and offline footprint through initiatives like webinars, emails, press releases, content creation, thought leadership, and website optimization.
  • Generate and nurture MQLs, handing them off to the US sales team.
  • Own end-to-end US account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, including strategy, segmentation, copywriting, and email cadences.
  • Manage the US paid acquisition budget and channel mix (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, industry sponsorships), optimizing for CPL and pipeline ROI.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and reliable attribution in collaboration with the RevOps team.
  • Define the US events strategy, including conference selection, presence, and turning event attendance into measurable pipeline.
  • Partner with the Global Event Manager to ensure US trade shows are commercially impactful.
  • Design pre-show outreach to book meetings and post-show email sequences to convert booth traffic into qualified pipeline.
