About The Position

As a member of the Process Industrialization team, the Senior Manufacturing Engineer leads the definition, development, industrialization, and governance of advanced CNC probing and on-machine metrology solutions. The role advances manufacturing capability, process consistency, and product quality across the assigned manufacturing area by reducing setup variation, improving in-process verification, and enabling repeatable production processes for critical components. This hands-on technical leadership position combines CNC programming, control logic, in-process measurement strategy, hardware integration, process validation, and cross-functional problem solving. The engineer leads development, implementation, validation, standardization, and sustainment of machine-integrated probing applications across CNC platforms, and serves as a subject matter expert who mentors programmers, engineers, and operators. The position partners with manufacturing, quality, operations, and engineering teams and works within the company’s Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost values. This position is 100% on site at GE Vernova in Greenville, South Carolina. It requires access to U.S. export-controlled information and is restricted to U.S. persons as defined in the posting. Relocation assistance is provided. The stated U.S. pay range is $104,600 to $174,400, with geographic differentials in certain areas and eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.
