About The Position

Hourglass Cosmetics is seeking a Senior Manager, Trade Marketing to support the VP, Trade Marketing and partner with the APAC and Travel Retail regional team. The role supports key accounts including Sephora ANZ and SEA, specialty retailers, and global Travel Retail partners. It coordinates regional launch and merchandising plans, retailer marketing materials, product pages, assortment and launch information, promotional calendars, and exclusive product execution. The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, adaptability, collaboration, and the ability to manage complex, competing priorities. The employee must work from the corporate office at least 60% of the time.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in trade marketing within beauty; luxury experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Passion for products, specifically cosmetics and skincare.
• Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Strong networking, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and processes.
• Analytical skills and experience tracking and reporting.
• Adaptability, resourcefulness, and forward thinking.
• Ability to solve problems and implement creative solutions.
• Creative, positive, high-energy approach and ability to execute.

• Experience at innovative, fast-paced startups or indie brands is a plus.
• Luxury beauty experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the VP, Trade Marketing as a key partner to the Hourglass APAC and Travel Retail regional team, which oversees Sephora ANZ and SEA, specialty, and global Travel Retail partners.
• Partner with the regional team to develop support plans for seasonal new product launches and core collections.
• Work with the VP, Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising team on seasonal planogram updates, secondary placement fixtures, and retailer events.
• Brief and track creative requests for retailer secondary in-store exposures, windows, and related materials.
• Manage APAC and Travel Retail retailer digital asset requests, from briefing the Creative team through timely delivery of asset packs to the region.
• Collaborate with regional Trade Marketing teams to review and align activations and resources, maintaining consistent messaging and maximizing opportunities across global markets.
• Lead retailer product page management, including seasonal launch updates and ongoing maintenance and optimization.
• Work with the Sr Director, Marketing APAC + TR and VP, Trade Marketing to prepare for retailer meetings and create presentations, including bi-annual Market meetings.
• Update and maintain the global Master Assortment file and the Retailer Launch Calendar for the APAC and Travel Retail region.
• Maintain the APAC and Travel Retail Retailer Promotional Calendar for leadership visibility into regional activity.
• Manage retailer and regional competition requests for marketing campaigns, photo shoots, social exposures, and related activities.
• Manage item setup and creation for new product launches using retailer processes and portals.
• Provide cross-functional support and management for Travel Retail exclusive products, including partnering on item ideation, owning brief submission, and ensuring timely execution.
