Requirements

  • Proven expertise in program and financial management, including budgeting and cost control for multiple complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of technology strategies and ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, building consensus, and influencing cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in defining program goals, deliverables, and schedules using established program management tools and techniques.
  • Ability to assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor program performance through metrics and reporting.
  • Demonstrated capability to translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and foster collaboration.
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Responsibilities
