About The Position
The Senior Manager, Technology Operations, leads the planning and execution of complex technology programs aligned with strategic objectives. This role oversees financial management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery across multiple projects. The position requires translating business needs into actionable technology solutions while fostering collaboration among teams. The incumbent drives continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and innovation within technology operations, supporting organizational goals through effective program monitoring and resource allocation. The team drives marketplace pricing strategies to enhance competitiveness through data-driven insights and market analysis. It collaborates across functions to identify process improvements and applies robust project management practices. Members leverage advanced analytics, business strategies, and technology knowledge to inform decision-making and deliver impactful results. Requirements
- Proven expertise in program and financial management, including budgeting and cost control for multiple complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of technology strategies and ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Experience in stakeholder management, building consensus, and influencing cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proficiency in defining program goals, deliverables, and schedules using established program management tools and techniques.
- Ability to assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor program performance through metrics and reporting.
- Demonstrated capability to translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and foster collaboration.
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- 2 years’ supervisory experience.

- Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Responsibilities
- Lead program management activities by defining goals, deliverables, and schedules for multiple complex projects aligned with strategic objectives.
- Oversee financial management including budgeting, cost monitoring, and resource allocation across technology operations programs.
- Develop business cases demonstrating return on investment and cost savings for technology initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication to build consensus and influence decision-making in ambiguous situations.
- Monitor program progress, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions supporting operational efficiency and strategic goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by promoting new processes and technology adoption within teams.
