About The Position

The Senior Manager, Technology Operations, leads the planning and execution of multiple complex technology programs aligned with strategic objectives. The position involves overseeing project delivery, risk mitigation, and resource allocation while fostering collaborative relationships across teams. The team leads marketplace pricing strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market analysis to enhance competitiveness. Collaborating across functions, it identifies process improvements and applies strong program management practices. Engaging stakeholders, the team aligns initiatives to achieve measurable outcomes through clear communication and analytical rigor. Members utilize advanced analytics, business strategies, and technology knowledge to support decision-making and deliver impactful results. Focused on continuous improvement, the team drives organizational goals and sustains a strong marketplace position through strategic program, financial, and business operations management.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in program and financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
  • Strong knowledge of technology strategies and ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
  • Experience in stakeholder management with excellent communication and influencing skills to build consensus and drive action.
  • Ability to define program goals, deliverables, and schedules while monitoring progress and mitigating risks effectively.
  • Demonstrated capability to translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions and support operational excellence.
  • Skilled in developing business cases and applying program estimation and monitoring tools to ensure successful delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • OR 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience.

  • Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to influence decisions and drive program success.
  • Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery.
  • Translate business needs into actionable project plans and support technology domain stakeholders in resolving complex issues.
  • Promote continuous improvement by implementing effective processes and leveraging program management tools.
