About The Position

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and highly collaborative Senior Manager, Seller Growth Solutions to serve as the lead for Seller Center. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and GTM teams to shape the evolution of Seller Center into a personalized, action-oriented experience that helps sellers grow. You will bring the voice of the seller into product strategy, translate business priorities into product opportunities, and ensure platform investments are tied to measurable outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex problems, and can influence cross-functional teams. The Seller Growth Solutions team focuses on empowering Walmart Marketplace sellers through scalable, technology-driven experiences. Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Go-to-Market teams, the group identifies seller needs, shapes product strategies, and delivers programs that enhance seller adoption, engagement, and growth. The team’s mission is to eliminate obstacles, present timely growth opportunities, and support sellers in achieving their full potential on the platform. This role requires strong program management, stakeholder collaboration, financial oversight, and strategic decision-making to drive impactful business outcomes within a dynamic technology environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Strategy, Product Operations, eCommerce, Marketplace, Analytics, or related fields.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional product roadmaps through data, customer insights, and strategic analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to influence executive decision making.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business,information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience inproject management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in eCommerce marketplaces or seller ecosystems.
  • Experience building or scaling B2B products or platform experiences.
  • Experience with experimentation, product analytics, and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, SQL) and AI-enabled productivity tools.
  • Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Shape Seller Center Strategy: Partner with Product leadership to define the business strategy and long-term vision for Seller Center.
  • Ensure roadmap decisions are grounded in seller needs and business priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve seller adoption, engagement, and growth through scalable product experiences.
  • Influence Product Direction: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to prioritize investments that improve seller experience and business outcomes.
  • Drive Seller Insights: Build a deep understanding of seller journeys across Seller Center, APIs, and solution providers.
  • Analyze seller behavior and product performance to identify opportunities and influence strategic investments.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Alignment: Establish operating rhythms across Product, Engineering, GTM, Voice of Seller.
  • Drive alignment across complex initiatives.
