About The Position

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management - Fulfillment & Reverse, Change Management is responsible for end-to-end ownership of the change management program across the Fulfillment and Reverse network. This role drives disciplined product & automation intake, prioritization, and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment to network capacity, enterprise priorities, and operational readiness. This leader operates as the central owner of change governance, while also owning the digital ecosystem that supports change management & execution. They ensure that change is not only prioritized and deployed effectively, but also enabled through structured tools, workflows, and digital assets that drive consistency and scalability across the Fulfillment & Reverse Network.

Requirements

  • Proven track record leading enterprise-scale, cross-functional programs with measurable impact
  • Deep understanding of Fulfillment and Reverse networks, translating business needs into scalable change strategies
  • Ownership of network roadmap prioritization, product & automation intake governance, and portfolio management
  • Strong ability to drive data-backed prioritization and trade-offs across competing initiatives and senior stakeholders
  • Advanced program leadership across dependencies, risk management, and large, interconnected workstreams
  • Experience building and managing digital tools, templates, or workflow systems that enable scalable execution (e.g., PowerApps, Power BI, automation tools)
  • Ability to synthesize complexity and ambiguity into structured insights, recommendations, and decision-ready outputs
  • Executive-level communication and storytelling skills, delivering clear, compelling, leadership-ready insights
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment with cross-functional partners without direct authority
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining high standards of quality and rigor
  • Track record building scalable processes and capabilities (e.g., BRDs, roadmap frameworks, cross-functional intake)
  • Experience designing governance and readiness frameworks for disciplined, predictable deployment at scale
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
  • 2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Change Management across Fulfillment and Reverse, including product & automation intake, prioritization, governance, deployment readiness, and domain change management.
  • Design and operate product & automation intake mechanisms aligned to capacity, value, and strategic priorities
  • Own sequencing and dependency management for the network roadmap, ensuring visibility and alignment
  • Lead governance and readiness processes, ensuring initiatives are defined, gated, and deployed with operational rigor
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies, proactively resolving risks, conflicts, and constraints across a variety of stakeholders, including but not limited to Product, Engineering and Operations
  • Own and develop the digital ecosystem for change execution, including tools, templates, and workflow automation
  • Build and maintain standardized artifacts (e.g., BRDs, intake templates, roadmap tools, governance materials)
  • Drive consistency and quality across all change-related documentation, inputs, and outputs
  • Translate strategy into executable deployment plans with clear timelines, ownership, and field readiness
  • Deliver executive-ready reporting and decision support on progress, risks, trade-offs, and outcomes
  • Continuously improve Change Management processes and ways of working to enable scalable, predictable execution
  • Owns the change portfolio, driving outcomes through disciplined prioritization, governance, and execution
  • Operates with structured, capacity-aware planning, ensuring product & automation intake, sequencing, and deployment
  • Applies objective, data-driven decision-making, maintaining neutrality in prioritization and trade-offs
  • Communicates with clarity, providing transparent visibility into network roadmap status, risks, and dependencies
  • Maintains high standards for quality across product & automation artifacts, BRDs, governance inputs, and reporting
