About The Position

Own analytics, measurement, and reporting for Fulfillment & Reverse Operations. This role ensures leaders have accurate data, clear insights, and decision-ready reporting to run the business across weekly and monthly operating rhythms and to anticipate what’s next. Requirements

Advanced proficiency in SQL for large, complex datasets (joins, window functions, CTEs, query optimization)
Experience working with distributed data systems and cloud platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, Google BigQuery, Azure)
Hands-on experience with enterprise BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
Ability to design executive-level dashboards and operational reporting, including KPI tracking (throughput, cycle time, fill rate, labor productivity) with drill-down and self-service capabilities
Experience defining and maintaining clean, reliable operational KPIs, with familiarity in data governance and cross-functional partnership
Experience using AI, advanced analytics, and forecasting techniques to identify patterns, predict trends, and inform forward-looking decisions
Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum), with hands-on experience managing JIRA workflows, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning
Leadership experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable operating in high-visibility forums
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
