About The Position

Live social shopping is what we do, and TikTok is where the next chapter is being written. As Senior Manager, Social Commerce, you will own how QVC Group shows up and sells live on TikTok, turning one of the fastest-moving commerce channels in the world into a real and growing revenue stream for our brands. This is a role for someone who understands that a great live moment is equal parts content, commerce, and timing, and who knows how to make all three work together at scale. Reporting to the Director of Social Commerce for TikTok, you will be the connective tissue across the business, partnering closely with buying and planning to land the right product at the right price, working hand in hand with our creative and production teams to bring lives to life, and building the platform and vendor relationships that grow our reach. You will sit on the insights and decide where to put spend, which lives to amplify, and how to protect margin while driving sales, reach, and engagement, and you will lead a small team to make it all happen. The strategy is still being built, which means you will have genuine room to shape it. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience across digital, social, e-commerce, or content production, ideally with direct exposure to live selling, social commerce, or creator-driven campaigns.
  • A track record of building and executing social or digital strategies that delivered measurable business results, not just engagement.
  • Real fluency with the platforms, formats, and trends shaping social commerce today, and a strong instinct for what makes a live moment convert.
  • Comfort working with performance data to optimize spend, content, and conversion, and the ability to turn those insights into clear recommendations for partners and leaders.
  • Proven success collaborating across functions such as merchandising, creative, finance, and external agencies, with the influence to keep everyone moving in the same direction.
  • Experience leading or mentoring others, with a genuine interest in building and developing a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive QVC Group's live commerce strategy on TikTok from concept through execution, building initiatives that grow our presence on the platform and ladder up to broader commercial goals.
  • Partner with social platform teams to put paid spend behind the right lives, making sure product and price are set to drive sales and reach while protecting margin.
  • Work side by side with buying and planning to secure the assortment and pricing that make each live competitive and worth watching.
  • Collaborate across commercialization, creative, production, and finance so that live selling is fully integrated rather than run in a silo, and coordinate third-party vendors and agencies so their work supports the same goals.
  • Build and grow strong relationships with TikTok and other social platform partners to expand our media presence and unlock new opportunities.
  • Translate audience analysis, performance data, and emerging platform trends into decisions that sharpen content, conversion, and reach over time.
  • Set clear priorities and success measures for live commerce, allocating resources thoughtfully and keeping the work aligned to where the business is headed.
  • Lead and develop a small team, setting the bar for execution and growing the people who run live selling day to day.
