About The Position

Wahool is seeking an Operations Specialist to join their team in Manhattan, NY. This role will focus on overseeing brand-sponsored livestreams on TikTok, offering an opportunity to become an expert in live selling within a rapidly growing commerce space. The specialist will be responsible for the technical, strategic, and relational success of daily broadcasts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above is required.
Ability to work on-site at NY studio
Expert-level experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for data tracking, PowerPoint for training decks, Word/Outlook).
A self-starter with a strong initiative and a "can-do" attitude.
Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
Well-versed in social media (TikTok, IG, Facebook, etc.).

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with relevant streaming applications (e.g., TikTok Live Studio, OBS, or Streamlabs).
Professional experience with TikTok Shop is highly preferred.
Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
Social media content creation (filming/editing) skills are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with livestream hosts to develop and execute promotional strategies and tactics based on their niche, target audience, and buyer personas to drive sales.
Provide in-depth training on product features, functionality, and key selling points to ensure hosts are prepared and persuasive.
Manage day-to-day livestream logistics, including TikTok account setup, scheduling, and providing real-time support and communications.
Actively monitor live streams and review data with hosts regularly to improve engagement, retention, and conversion metrics.
Consistently provide value to our livestream hosts and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Wahool’s top talent.
Assist in developing short-form video content to support livestream traffic and brand awareness.
