As a Manager, Commerce Social, you will be responsible for leading the operational management and strategic execution of commerce-driven paid social campaigns across retail media and social platforms. In this role, you will oversee campaign performance, mentor junior team members, and help drive integrated commerce social strategies that support client business goals across conversion, ROAS, traffic, and brand growth. You will partner closely with internal strategy, analytics, creative, commerce, and client teams to develop and execute best-in-class commerce social activations across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Instacart, Walmart Connect, Amazon, and other emerging retail media ecosystems. This role will also contribute to account growth opportunities, process improvements, and strategic planning initiatives.
