About The Position

As a Manager, Commerce Social, you will be responsible for leading the operational management and strategic execution of commerce-driven paid social campaigns across retail media and social platforms. In this role, you will oversee campaign performance, mentor junior team members, and help drive integrated commerce social strategies that support client business goals across conversion, ROAS, traffic, and brand growth. You will partner closely with internal strategy, analytics, creative, commerce, and client teams to develop and execute best-in-class commerce social activations across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Instacart, Walmart Connect, Amazon, and other emerging retail media ecosystems. This role will also contribute to account growth opportunities, process improvements, and strategic planning initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising; OR equivalent professional work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience planning, buying, and optimizing paid social and/or commerce media campaigns.
  • Experience across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Instacart Ads, or other retail media ecosystems preferred.
  • Strong understanding of commerce media KPIs, retail media strategy, and performance optimization.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and contribute to account growth and success.
  • Prior experience mentoring or managing junior team members is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, multitasking capabilities, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Develop campaign forecasts, media plans, and strategic recommendations in partnership with Directors and senior leadership.
  • Understand client business objectives, retail priorities, and commerce goals to build effective commerce social strategies and execution plans.
  • Lead campaign planning, activation, optimization, pacing, and reporting across commerce and paid social platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Amazon, Walmart Connect, and Instacart.
  • Partner closely with strategy, creative, analytics, and commerce teams to develop fully integrated commerce media campaigns.
  • Monitor, track, and evaluate campaign performance analytics based on key client KPIs including ROAS, conversions, traffic, and engagement.
  • Deliver client-facing reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations on a regular basis.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, campaign efficiency, and overall performance through strategic thinking and innovation.
  • Actively contribute to business reviews, new business opportunities, process improvements, automation initiatives, and commerce media thought leadership.
  • Create or assist in developing POVs, best practices, playbooks, and process documentation related to commerce social and retail media activation.
  • Mentor and support junior team members while helping foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
