About The Position

This is the role that decides what we sell and how we sell it on TikTok, then turns that into real sales and audience growth. As a Senior Social Commerce Merchandiser on our TikTok team, you will build the merchandising strategy behind our live and content selling on the platform, curating and optimizing the products we feature so that every assortment is built to drive both revenue and engagement. You will work shoulder to shoulder with Producers, Buyers, Programming, Marketing, and Data & Analytics to bring it all together. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Live Commerce - TikTok, you will ground your strategy in inventory, pricing, and promotional realities, lean hard on data to understand what is working, and refine continuously to push results higher. This is a role with real ownership, where your decisions shape what our customers see and buy on TikTok, and where you will have the latitude to test new ideas, build repeatable playbooks, and push back when the data points a different way. If you love the intersection of merchandising, content, and data, and you want to own strategy on one of the fastest-growing platforms in commerce at a Fortune 500 live social shopping company, keep reading.
