About The Position

Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking an experienced transport refrigeration professional to lead technical troubleshooting, equipment reliability, and breakdown escalation across its North American refrigerated trailer operations in Canada, the United States, and Mexico. The role is intended for someone with substantial hands-on experience repairing refrigerated trailers and advanced expertise with Thermo King and/or Carrier Transicold equipment, combined with the leadership and communication skills to address complex failures and support operational teams. The position collaborates with maintenance, operations, dispatch, account management, customer service, and senior leadership. It supports incident investigations, customer-facing technical explanations, corrective-action reporting, and clear communication of critical equipment issues. The role is based at one of the company’s North American operating locations, with periodic travel to terminals, maintenance facilities, and manufacturer locations, and participation in a structured critical-incident escalation rotation. Salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
