Senior Manager, Product Design

The job overview for the Senior Manager of Product Design role is to lead the Fintech and Platform groups at Jobber. Reporting to the Director of Product Design, the Senior Manager will be responsible for delivering high-quality user experiences and executing on the highest priority initiatives. This collaborative role requires working closely with stakeholders and utilizing data and consumer research to understand and validate priorities. The Senior Manager will also manage and grow a team of Product Designers and communicate clear ideas and vision to the Executive team.

• Understand the user experience through qualitative and quantitative research
• Be responsible for the product design vision within Fintech and the Platform team
• Build a plan, implement, and then measure success
• Manage and grow a team of Product Designers with varying levels of experience and backgrounds
• Work with other product leaders to communicate clear ideas and vision to Jobber’s Executive team
