We are looking for a Senior Manager, Performance Creative to lead the strategy, output, and performance of our paid creative engine across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snap, and emerging platforms. This role will manage and develop a small team of creative strategists and production talent while staying close to the work. You will partner closely with Paid Social, Digital Product, Retention & Lifecycle, Data & BI, and Brand to develop creative that drives measurable business results. The ideal candidate has strong direct-response instincts, understands how to turn customer insights into high-performing creative, and knows how to build a structured testing system that helps the team learn quickly and scale what works.
