About The Position

  • Proven expertise in operations and project management with the ability to lead complex initiatives and manage multiple work streams.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience driving business efficiency through process improvements and innovative solutions that reduce costs and enhance performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Skilled in setting performance expectations and fostering a high-performing work environment.
  • Proficient in managing budgets, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans to meet evolving business needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
  • 1 year’s supervisory experience.
