Position Summary... The Senior Operations Manager leads logistics and operations within a high‑volume Sam’s Club distribution or fulfillment environment. This role is responsible for driving performance across safety, service, quality, productivity, and cost, while developing leaders, managing financial results, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The Senior Operations Manager partners closely with associates, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams to execute business plans, resolve operational issues, and continuously improve logistics operations in support of Sam’s Club members. What you'll do...
