This is a fast-paced, 24/7 environment where your leadership and service mindset will directly shape the employee experience.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service background with a passion for creating positive experiences
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating systems and ticketing tools
  • Highly organized, reliable, and proactive
  • Ability to work evening hours and weekends in a 24/7 operation
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years minimum management experience
  • 2 years minimum functional experience in administrative support, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Oversee badging and access support for employees and visitors
  • Manage and respond to facilities tickets and service requests
  • Act as the primary liaison for building-related needs and issue resolution
  • Oversee the on-site micro-kitchen, ensuring it’s always stocked with snacks and beverages
  • Provide light food & beverage support to enhance daily employee satisfaction
  • Partner closely with janitorial, facilities, and events teams to maintain a clean, welcoming environment
  • Supervise and develop one direct report (Supervisor)
  • Promote a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and service excellence
