About The Position

WRITER is seeking a senior lifecycle marketing manager to own how audiences are engaged, nurtured, and grown across the customer journey. The role owns the email and lifecycle marketing program end to end, spanning strategy, audience development, hands-on execution, measurement, and optimization. It combines strategic planning with direct implementation in HubSpot, including email, audience, workflow, nurture, triggered journey, testing, and reporting work. The position uses behavioral, account, intent, and engagement signals to understand where people are in their journey and create increasingly relevant and personalized experiences. It supports complex enterprise buying journeys and account-based go-to-market motions, while partnering with demand generation, ABM, content, product marketing, and sales. The role also explores how AI can change audience building, personalization, and lifecycle communications, and establishes measurement that connects lifecycle activity to engagement, pipeline, and revenue. This is a hybrid role based in WRITER’s San Francisco, Chicago, Austin, New York City, or Seattle hubs. It reports to the Director, Lifecycle Marketing.
