About The Position

Carrum Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Insights, Measurement & Analytics to build and lead its causal measurement and marketing performance capability. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, this role owns how marketing performance is measured, evaluated, and optimized across the growth marketing engine, establishing a trusted source of truth that ties marketing activity to defensible, incrementality-tested contribution and return on investment. The role authors conversion definitions, establishes standardized campaign taxonomy, and sets the strategic testing roadmap. It partners closely with an embedded Data Scientist: this position owns business definitions, learning agendas, and commercial recommendations, while the Data Scientist owns statistical modeling, randomization algorithms, power calculations, and warehouse model orchestration. The Senior Manager translates statistical findings into clear recommendations for executive leadership and collaborates with growth marketing, client success, data science, and product teams. Carrum is remote-first; occasional travel for team offsites, client events, or company gatherings may be required.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or applied measurement.
  • Hands-on experience designing holdouts, A/B tests, or incrementality experiments.
  • Strong skills with modern data warehouses and business intelligence tools, such as Hex, Looker, or Tableau, and ability to write complex analytical queries.
  • Proven ability to partner with data science or analytics engineering teams, translate business questions into mathematical hypotheses, and retain ownership of commercial strategy.
  • Track record of establishing unified metric taxonomies and conversion definitions across fragmented systems.
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize complex statistical findings into actionable insights for non-technical leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial and resourceful problem-solving skills, with an ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize work, and handle multiple concurrent responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability and enthusiasm to collaborate cross-functionally with growth marketing, client success, data science, and product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute holdout tests, incrementality studies, and causal measurement frameworks across demand-generation channels.
  • Partner with an embedded Data Scientist, owning business definitions, campaign taxonomy, learning agendas, and commercial recommendations.
  • Establish a standardized metric reporting layer that unifies performance views across the organization, using modern BI tools such as Hex or Looker.
