About The Position

The Senior Insights & Analytics Specialist is part of the Resourcing & Metrics team within Business Strategy & Operations (BSO), which supports Product Development Data Sciences (PDD) through strategic execution, operational excellence, quality frameworks, and resourcing. The role translates PDD’s resourcing, workforce, financial, and operational data into actionable insights for senior leadership and serves as the primary orchestrator of insights for PDD’s Resourcing Governance, a recurring forum involving the SVP, PDD Leadership Team, and functional resourcing leaders. The role leads the consolidation, analysis, and development of Resourcing Governance content, partnering with the Head of Resourcing & Metrics on agenda and storyline. It integrates information from across PDD to build a coherent view of organizational capacity, demand, and emerging needs, and explains underlying drivers, implications, risks, opportunities, and potential course corrections. The specialist develops leadership-ready analyses, presentations, and forward-looking scenarios; monitors data between governance cycles; and escalates material changes or issues requiring leadership attention. The specialist works with R&M Operations & Delivery to ensure analyses use accurate, validated information, and with Data & Analytics Infrastructure colleagues to identify opportunities involving dashboards, automation, AI, and advanced analytics. The role also supports operational priorities across workforce planning, metrics, sourcing, vendor, financial, and planning activities; helps develop competitive intelligence; and continually improves the team’s analytical questions, metrics, and approaches. The position may be based in Roche’s Welwyn Garden City, UK; Boston, MA, US; or Mississauga, ON, CA offices. Relocation assistance is not available. The posting does not specify a work arrangement.
